Petrus Dinner

As part of our service to bring Members the quintessence of fine wines, le Club FICOFI were glad to organise an evening in Singapore around one of the most world’s prestigious wines - Petrus. Great wines would not exist without great men. That night, we had the double good fortune to meet both Jean Moueix, co-owner with his family of Petrus, and Olivier Berrouet, director of Petrus since 2008. Two rising young men, who are stepping into their fathers’ shoes with the same philosophy of excellence.

To accompany the symbol of french luxury that is Petrus, we could only match it with the cuisine of a French 3-star Michelin Chef, Vincent Thierry, of Caprice Restaurant - Four Seasons.
