James TURNBULL

James TURNBULL is a graduate of the famous Wine & Spirit Education Trust in London. Having started his career in the United Kingdom, he emigrated in 1987 to France to devote himself to his passion for French wines.
Today, he frequently travels around the French vineyard regions, carrying out consultancy work for top restaurants and wine retailers. He is in great demand as a host at wine- tasting seminars and on vineyard trips for wine enthusiasts and professionals from all over the world.
His presence in the thick of things in the vineyards, vatrooms and cellars, and his close relationships with the people who craft the wines, make him one of the greatest experts on French wine.

James Turnbull has written many books about wine, notably the much acclaimed “Les plus grands Vins de France”, published in English as “Fine French Wines”.
