Vinny Mazzara

 

Vinny Mazzara is an independent sommelier, expert and consultant, teacher in an internationnally recognised school for wine waiters, member of Gault & millau's tasting comittee.

Italian by birth, she can comment on wines in French and English, and also of course in Italian.

Vinny worked as Head "Sommelière" in the Taillevent cellars, and spent many years advising diners at The "Hotel de Bristol" restaurant (2 Michelin stars). Throughout these years she shared her wine know-how and passed on her passion for wine passion to the clients.

Her main characteristics are that she is a good teacher who knows how to work with groups of up to 30 people using her double Italian and French nationality to pass on her knowledge of the wines of both countries.
